CPA Paul Marwa is a seasoned professional in Finance and Shared Services with over 15 years, both in practice and leadership. He is currently serving as the Head of Finance Centre of Excellence at Sucafina SA, Switzerland/Geneva, having recently established and stabilized the Finance Shared Service Centre operations.
He has a profound interest and dedication to financial transformation and boasts an impressive track record in revenue mobilization, compliance enhancement, and operational excellence across multinational organizations. His journey in corporate finance has been marked by active engagement in diverse strategic initiatives, where he has played a pivotal role. His accomplishments include starting the Finance Shared Services Centre, training finance teams across African,Asia,America,Europe countries on ERP systems and successfully migrating multiple countries to the Finance Shared Service Centre.
CPA Paul Marwa holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance Option from the University of Nairobi, a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting Option from the University of Nairobi. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA K)
CPA Paul Marwa is deeply committed to community development, currently serving as Chairman of Kuria Professional Association (having previously served as Treasurer for 2 years), Chairman of Kebaroti Comprehensive School, and Board Member of Kebaroti Secondary School. He has previously served as a Board Member of Kionyo Secondary School for 4 years.

Charity Boke Chacha is an Economist with a Master of Science in Economics from Daystar
University and a Bachelor of Science in Economics & Statistics from Egerton University. She is
a Full Member of the Economist Society of Kenya and has over five years of experience in
economic policy, programme planning, monitoring, and social development.
She currently serves at the State Department for Economic Planning, in the International
Partnerships and Frameworks Coordination Directorate, SDGs Coordination Division,
where she contributes to policy formulation, national strategic planning, budgeting, performance
contracting, and implementation of the Medium-Term Plan IV (MTP IV). She coordinates
international partnerships and monitors global development agendas such as the SDGs and
Africa’s Agenda 2063, ensuring alignment with national policies and priorities.
Previously, she served at the State Department for Social Protection, leading Social Risks and
Impacts Management (SRIM) initiatives and conducting Social Impact Assessments (SIA) for
community development projects.
Charity has completed specialized trainings in land acquisition and resettlement management
(CELARS, UoN), social risks and management (KSG), environmental and social
safeguards in development projects (ESAMI), Social Impact Assessment (SIA) by The
Inter-American Development Bank, World Bank Environmental and Social Framework,
and Indigenous Peoples’ rights in projects (University of Strathclyde, Glasgow), and is
skilled in data analysis using SPSS, Stata, Excel, Dynare, Octave, EViews, and Python among
others.

CPA Selvenus Gesabo is a Dedicated and passionate Auditor driven by a commitment to
integrity and excellence. Currently, he serves as an Audit Associate at the Office of the Auditor
General in Nairobi, where he plays a vital role in evaluating financial compliance, internal
controls, and organizational processes to ensure transparency and accountability. His
meticulous approach and analytical mindset help organizations identify areas for improvement
and foster trust with stakeholders.
With a strong foundation built over years of hands-on experience, Selvenus has developed
expertise in financial analysis, risk assessment, and audit management systems such as
Teammate and Teammate Plus. His previous role as an Accounts Clerk at Priority Home Based
Tuition provided him with practical insights into financial reconciliation, client negotiations, and
accounts management—experiences that continue to inform his audit work today.
Selvenus is also a natural leader, actively contributing to his professional community as Vice
Secretary and Treasurer of the Kuria Professional Association. In these roles, he demonstrates
his leadership by organizing meetings, managing finances with integrity, and fostering
collaboration among members. His dedication to service and continuous learning reflects his
genuine desire to make a positive impact in his field.
Academically, Selvenus holds a Bachelor of Education in Mathematics and Business Studies
from Kenyatta University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). He is further advancing his
expertise with a Master of Commerce in Forensic Accounting and Investigation at Strathmore
University and specialized training in data analytics and forensic auditing.
His commitment to professional growth has earned him numerous certifications, including being
a certified SAI Auditor and completing training in data analytics and advanced Excel.
Recognized for his integrity, analytical skills, and leadership qualities, Selvenus is passionate
about using his skills to promote financial transparency and organizational success.
Outside of work, he is an active volunteer and community builder, always eager to learn,
connect, and contribute positively to society. His journey is one of continuous growth, driven by
a genuine desire to serve and make a difference through his professional and personal
endeavours.
