The Mission of the association is to unite, develop and foster the advancement of members, and the community towards general socio-economic empowerment of the people of Kuria

The Vision of the association is to become a leading association in creating, initiating and spurring development based on the common unity of the Kuria Community
KUPA Goals
1. Unite the Abakuria and advance peace, coexistence, and mutual respect.
2. Lobby and partner (using any means necessary) with international, national, county and local Governments and other partners so as to advance the interests, culture, advancement and economic prosperity of the Abakuria Nation and its people wherever they may be.
3. Champion and preserve the rich language and culture of the Abakuria people
We believe only bold trans-formative action will lift Abakuria into sustainable economic growth that can eradicate all dimensions of poverty (incl. extreme poverty), ignorance and disease and ensure the marginalization of Kuria is corrected.
Using our 10 year Kuria Development Agenda (KDA), KUPA will engage and collaborate with local and international stakeholders to deliver its mandate.
